How does AI pricing work?
Professional includes 250 AI credits to start. Agents only consume credits when you actually run them — and because each agent does work that would cost far more in recruiter time, it pays for itself from the first run. Need more horsepower? Scale credits anytime; your account admin always sees live pricing and usage in the Credit Admin page.
Do I have to pay for the AI agents?
No. Use the agents you want, when you want. If you never touch them, you simply keep your included credits — there's nothing extra to pay. If you lean in, you pay only because the agents are saving you more than they cost. You're always in control.
What does data migration cost?
For most teams, switching to Loxo is free — our automated migration brings your data over from your current system at no cost, and Professional includes white-glove migration handled by our team. Large, complex enterprise migrations are scoped per engagement so you only pay for the bespoke work you actually need.
Am I locked into a contract?
Your data is always yours — export it anytime. We don't trap you with exit fees or hold your records hostage. We'd rather earn your business every single month than rely on a contract to keep you.
