What types of reports can I build in Loxo?

You can create and customize reports based on Activities, People, Jobs, Placements, and Tasks. These pre‑built report categories help you measure performance at every level—from individual searches to team KPIs and broader business impact.

In addition to standard reports, you can set up Goals (e.g., placements to make, jobs to fill, revenue to hit) and track progress against them over time. Leaderboards tied to goals help you see who’s driving performance.

Can reports be customized?

Absolutely. When building or editing a report, you can apply filters, group data, and choose which metrics to display. This way, you can tailor insights to what matters most for your role and/or business.

Is there a way to share or export reports?

Yes. Once you create a report, you can export it as a CSV for offline use or include it on a Reports Dashboard to share with other stakeholders.

Admins can manage permissions so that reports or dashboards are visible only to specific team members or roles. This ensures sensitive data stays secure while the right people have access to the insights they need.

Will the reports update automatically?

Yes—once created and saved, your reports stay up to date. They pull directly from live data in Loxo, so you always see current activity, placements, and performance.

Do reporting dashboards include all Loxo activity?

Reports pull in activity logged across pipelines, including both drag‑and‑drop job movement and logged events. If you use multiple workflow methods, you may want to include both event types to get the most complete view.
