You can do either—or both. Recruiters can download and share a PDF version of the status report, share the live portal link, or use both depending on the client’s preference.

Yes. Hiring managers access the portal via email invite and a one-time security code, keeping candidate data secure without requiring a full recruiter login. Access is controlled through email invitations and verification codes, and recruiters decide exactly what candidates, stages, and fields are visible.

Can multiple hiring managers leave feedback on the same candidate?

Yes. Each invited user can leave their own comments, notes, and scorecards, keeping feedback separate, structured, and easy to compare.

Can I share multiple jobs with one hiring manager?

Yes. For security purposes, each job has its own unique portal link. A common best practice is to include multiple job links in a single email, making it easy for hiring managers to access each search.

Can I change someone’s access after I’ve shared the portal?

Yes. You can update or revoke access at any time by managing permissions directly from the Share settings for that job.
