How does migration work? We have years of data in our current system.

We beleive your database is one of your most valuable assets and competitive advantages — so we take data migration very seriously. Our migration team has experience with all major ATS platforms, and we have a structured process to map, validate, and transfer your data accurately. For standard systems, migrations are typically straightforward and completed within a defined timeline. For more complex or customized setups, you'll have dedicated migration specialists working directly with your team. We'll share a full migration plan and timeline after our initial conversation so your team can review it in detail.

Does Loxo integrate with our HRIS?

Most likely yes. We have a full, bidirectional integration with Workday, including data synchronization and advanced workflow functionality. For other HRIS platforms, Loxo's Open API allows your team to integrate with existing systems as needed. We're also actively expanding our HRIS partnerships — so if you're using a different platform, we're happy to explore what a deeper integration could look like. Does Loxo support Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Is Loxo SOC 2 and GDPR compliant?
