The Data Hygiene Agent standardizes information and resolves fields to trusted values without changing or deleting your original data. The original entry stays visible alongside the standardized value, so you always know what was entered and what was updated. It never merges or deletes records.
Every merge is recorded, including who approved it, when it happened, and what changed. Because every merge can also be reversed, teams have a complete audit trail without permanently deleting information.
