  • Data integrity & sourcing practices: We provide a professional discovery platform and AI insights. To facilitate our Services, we obtain professional and business-related data from third-party data aggregators and providers. This data is exclusively "Publicly Available Information" that individuals have knowingly made available to the general public via professional social networks, company websites, and public business registries.  We source from a variety of premium global data partners and apply our proprietary cleaning and deduping algorithms to ensure the highest accuracy.  
  • Global variations: Data availability, freshness and regulations vary by region, each with its own compliance requirements that Loxo is committed to following. As a result, data coverage is not uniform worldwide.  Some countries have more publicly available data than others and Loxo and all recruiting software companies have to closely follow global regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Data protection:  Your private CRM data is private to you. Loxo never pulls your private records or information that you enter in your own private database into our public sourcing pool.  Loxo’s talent graph and proprietary data  are on completely different servers and completely isolated.  We exclusively ingest Publicly Available Information (PAI) that has been collected in accordance with global privacy frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.
