Yes. The AI Notetaker will join your Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams meetings and appear as “Loxo AI Notetaker.” From there, it will transcribe the conversation and send the transcript + summary to you after the call ends, similar to how other AI notetakers would.
You can choose to not have the AI Notetaker join your calls (although it'll probably be sad it didn't get an invite). You just have to toggle "OFF" on any meeting as needed.
Absolutely! Summaries are fully editable. You can make changes or add your own notes directly within the candidate profile. The "Review & Edit Mode" allows you to tweak, add to, or completely rewrite the draft before it's sent to the hiring manager.
