So, how does this work — does an AI bot join my calls?

Yes. The AI Notetaker will join your Zoom meetings and appear as “Loxo AI Notetaker.” From there, it will transcribe the conversation and send the transcript + summary to you after the call ends, similar to how other AI notetakers would.

Can I edit the AI-generated summary?

Absolutely! Summaries are fully editable. You can make changes or add your own notes directly within the candidate profile. The "Review & Edit Mode" allows you to tweak, add to, or completely rewrite the draft before it's sent to the hiring manager.

How long do transcripts and summaries stay in a candidate’s profile?

Within a few hours of the meeting, your summary, outline, transcript, and notes will be visible in the candidate profile. The transcript, recording, notes, and summary are all stored in the candidate profile forever and never deleted.

Does the AI Notetaker join every meeting?

You can choose to not have the AI Notetaker join your calls (although it'll probably be sad it didn't get an invite). You just have to toggle "OFF" on any meeting as needed.
