Client Support Representative

Are you a dynamic administrative support professional? Are you naturally organized and able to juggle deadlines and multiple projects? We are looking for a Client Service Rep who will support our team and help to ensure efficient and high quality service to our customers on a global scale. As our Client Service representative you will facilitate customers through the service process and ensure that activities are planned and performed in a highly professional and technical manner and that customer expectations are exceeded.


How you will contribute:


  • Scheduling of service activities with customers and through global offices
  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and additional needs
  • Database updating
  • Assist in client invoicing
  • Client collection activities
  • Proactively identifying client needs
  • Coordination of all activities associated with client


What you need to bring to the table:


  • 2-3 years of related Customer Service / Program Management experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Specifically MS Excel
  • Must have excellent administrative and communication skills
  • Must be personable and enjoy working with people
  • Must work well as a team member as well as individually
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Desire to learn and expand contributions
  • Naturally attentive to continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 is preferred
