Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for building lasting business relationships? We are a leading player in the Fire/Water Restoration industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, fostering partnerships, and promoting our brand in the community.


How you will contribute:

  • Develop and Maintain Outside Sales Routes:
  • Facilitate weekly sales routes each week.
  • Identify and target Centers of Influence with a primary focus on Property Managers, Insurance Agencies, Insurance Adjusters, and various Contractors.
  • Networking and Membership Engagement:
  • Attend weekly networking meetings, including but not limited to BBB, BNI and Chamber of Commerce, as directed on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Maintain memberships with industry-related organizations, such as H2O Damage LLC.
  • Meeting Coordination:
  • Coordinate meetings to foster relationships and explore business opportunities.
  • SEO Program Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and maintain an effective SEO program.
  • Ensure the company website's search engine optimization is up-to-date.
  • Social Media and Online Presence
  • CRM Management:
  • Assist in updating and facilitating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Assist in maintaining organized and updated customer files.
  • Complete daily paperwork to document contacts at each location, including names, phone numbers, positions, and referral potential.
  • Event Participation:
  • Attend company events, marketing events, and meetings as needed to promote the company and build relationships.
  • Update and assist with project paperwork and photos as required.
  • Maintain Driver's License and Background Check:
  • Ensure a valid driver's license is maintained.
  • Weekly Reporting:
  • Provide a weekly activity report in a format to be discussed during team meetings.
  • Skill Development:
  • Become proficient with MATTERPORT technology and perform MATTERPORT services as needed.
  • Office Assistance:
  • Assist in office tasks as needed, collaborating with other team members.


What you need to bring to the table:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or experience om the Fire/Water Restoration industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in social media management
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Background check clearance.
