Because of our growth, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Creator. As our Digital Marketing Creator, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content across various platforms. This includes social media, newsletters, website content, nurture campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, and infographics. You will be responsible for posting, monitoring, and measuring performance in order to continually improve marketing metrics. What you need to bring to the table:

  • Exceptional ability to write thought-provoking content that encourages engagement with our target audience and is aligned with our business development strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a social media calendar and maintain a daily presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to gather necessary information and meet hard deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and respond accordingly to continually improve performance.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Write compelling content that is engaging, captivating, and encourages our target audience to act for social media, email nurture campaigns, blogs, whitepapers, infographics, videos, events, website, and customer segments.
  • Manage the following social media channels from posting to analytics: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Develop and manage monthly marketing calendar and coordinate deliverables amongst team members.
  • Analyze customer feedback from training and conferences for use on social media, collateral, website, and nurture campaigns
  • Create, interpret, and evaluate reports required to track, review, and modify the performance of marketing initiatives to provide recommendations.
  • Quarterback changes to the MindsetGo website to ensure necessary updates are executed.
  • Display assertiveness to ensure projects continue to move to completion and respectfully challenge team members if deadlines are not met.
  • Create, send and manage newsletters through Constant Contact and Hubspot.


Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Ideal candidates will have at least two years’ experience driving social media engagement for a thought leader.
  • Demonstrated success in increasing engagement and generating leads on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, and the use of various content strategies.
  • Proficiency in crafting influential content to generate leads through email nurture campaigns within Constant Contact or another email service provider.
  • Confidence in analyzing data and presenting analytical suggestions before and after marketing decisions are made.
  • Three to five years of related experience in a Marketing position where you were responsible for the tactical execution of the strategy with an emphasis on writing content.
  • Mastery in copy-editing to ensure 100% grammatical accuracy, organized structure, and appropriate tone of content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, business, or related field. Equivalent combinations of experience in a similar role and education may be considered as a substitute.
  • Alignment with the culture requirements mentioned above and a willingness to improve in those areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possesses exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and ability to work independently, effectively managing time to meet multiple project deadlines.
