The Product Sales team’s goal is to nurture and grow our client base, our sales team, and our protocols to increase participation across our platform. The team is charged with delivering our product suite to traders, salespeople, and technologists, with the goal of increasing their usage. Internally, we serve as the nexus between our product, technology, and sales teams and together our efforts improve our client’s daily workflow and increase the stickiness of our protocols.

What You'll Do:

The Product Sales team’s core functions are Platform Sales, Integration and Protocol Management.

  • Strategize and manage the onboarding and “go live” processes for prospective and new clients – determine business goals, “go live” management and create metrics and reporting tools
  • Educate new users through demos, client calls and sales materials
  • Responsible for the creation of all educational and training materials
  • Work closely with internal data team on report creation and analysis
  • Introduce workflow efficiencies by partnering with OMS/EMS and 3rd party vendors to embed our company into client systems
  • Management of new functionality roll-outs – both major and minor releases; work closely with product managers, platform developers and sales team
  • Ownership of the client feedback loop by consistently talking to clients and internal sales teams about requests and prioritizing and incorporating agreed changes into upcoming releases; follow-up with client post release  

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for FinTech with desire to expand knowledge of financial markets and fixed income products
  • Previous “e-sales” or “platform sales” experience
  • Should possess business judgment and strategic orientation
  • Will be required to have a deep understanding of the technology and how to sell it
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team – someone who is collaborative, committed, flexible and reliable with a strong "can do” attitude
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Relationships within sell side firms and OMS providers (CRD, Aladdin, Moxy, AIM & proprietary systems)
