We are working with a school district in the Palatine, Illinois area that is seeking a Social Worker to complete a maternity leave and assist their team for a portion of the second half of the 2023-2024 school year. All applicants must be a licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois, as well hold an active PEL. School-based experience is preferred, but candidates with appropriate licensure and pediatric experience can be considered.

Compensation for this position is lucrative, negotiable and pays significantly more than a traditional position working directly with a school district. Support with Crisis, IEP/504 minutes, evaluations, MTSS, problem solving, behavior plans
Prefer Spanish speaking
32.5-33.5 hours a week
2nd Position:
3 days a week at a junior high 7-8
Support with Crisis, IEP/504 minutes, evaluations, behavior plans
2 days a week itinerant
Support across the district with crisis and make-up minutes
