Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Helping customers and clients purchase homes or condos
  • Showing properties and advising clients
  • Prepare listing presentations and CMAs
  • Writing and negotiating offers
  • Completing trade documents
  • Adhering to Team processes
  • Attending team training sessions
  • Attending local agent’s open houses
  • Hosting Team open houses
  • Attending weekly sales meetings
  • Actively participating in some lead generation strategies including prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, networking, events and social media networking
  • Participating in all Team client events
  • Annual personal and business goal planning

Requirements

  • Must be a salesperson or broker in good standing with the applicable Real Estate Board: Real Estate Council of Alberta and CREA
  • Salesperson is responsible for paying their own brokerage fees and deal fees, licensing and board fees
  • Must have a driver’s license and a presentable car (with Insurance)
  • Must have a up to date knowledge of Calgary and area real estate
  • Ideal candidate has 1-4 years full time experience
  • Must have a cell phone and presentable vehicle
