Job Title: Deal Administrator
Location: North York
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5pm
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year, 40 Hours / week, 2 weeks’ vacation, no benefits

Numbers! It’s in your blood. You love calculations, accounting and anything related to it. You can spend all day lost in your work, sifting through paperwork, deals and transactions. Attention-to-detail, incredible ability to prioritize and a sixth sense for money management, as the Deal Administrator, you are vital to the success of the brokerage.

You are the core of this business. Everything you touch matters and you alone have the power and knowledge to ensure every touch point, every task, every deal is met with professionalism, attention-to-detail and exceptional care. You are the master of communication.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling of incoming Deals Emails and respond and return emails in a timely manner
- Communicate with Branch Managers, Administrators and Accounting
- Remind & follow up with agents about submitting paperwork (i.e. listing agreements) for deal processing & any other tasks related to the daily function of the deal processing department
- Processing incoming deals daily using Lonewolf
- Send out trade sheets for agents’ signature
- Invoice Vendors solicitor for commission
- Invoice co-operating brokerages for commission
- Handling incoming calls – must be able to decipher calls and know how to respond and return calls in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly and directly with agents regarding issues with deal paperwork and follow up with agents about submitting outstanding deal paperwork (i.e. amendments) & other tasks related to the deal processing department
- Ability to read and understand an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation), Fintrac ID
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of LoneWOLF, BrokerWOLF, WOLFConnect Accounting and
- Knowledge of Skyslope an asset
- Attention to detail and capable of keeping discrete matters confidential
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and understand an Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Agency forms (i.e. buyer representation), Fintrac ID
- Processing checks
- Accounting experience doing HST processing, etc.
- Quick Office Commander, Easy Offer
- Advanced knowledge of Stratus MLS
- Microsoft office as well as excellent customer service
At least 1-2 years of related working experience in a real estate office
