Are you a creative and highly motivated scientist with a passion for neurodevelopmental rare diseases? We are seeking a talented individual to lead our team of scientists in conducting innovative research using mouse models across various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on Rare Diseases.

About Us:

Our CRO is dedicated to translating biological discovery into clinical action. We collaborate directly with foundations and their teams of researchers to understand disease symptoms, identify therapeutic pathways, and assess candidate drugs in biologically accurate mouse models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop molecular biology and biomarker analysis technologies in neurodevelopmental rare diseases.
• Characterize and validate new and existing mouse models to enhance their utility.
• Conduct assays and techniques associated with neurodevelopmental disease modeling in mice.
• Collaborate with internal and external scientists to develop new resources.
• Manage a portfolio of projects, publish key results, and attend scientific meetings.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in mouse physiology and working with mice.
• Post-doctorate experience and expertise in neurodevelopmental disease.
• Ability to lead, direct, train, and mentor teams.
• Positive attitude, professional manner, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong scientific productivity demonstrated by publication in high-quality journals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
