Role Responsibilities:

• Think through ideas for new product developments (be involved in the community,

do research, etc.)

• Get feedback from institutions, retail users, and other partners
• Build the backlog → prioritize the backlog
• Planning:
• Figure out what can be built in the next quarter
• Collaborate with engineering to build the roadmap and have dates on it
• Product lead would drive impact and business case discussions
• Engineering then figures out how to build
• Collaborate with marketing to plan the marketing calendar and different initiatives
• Support with product incentives and rewards
• Think extensively through the user experience of using the product
• Build a product process
• Bring in web3 insights 
• Lead feedback intake process and collaborating with engineering
• Review and sign off on cross-margin math 
• Design a risk management and observability system
• Guide marketing efforts
• Develop an intimate understanding of users and product
