We are currently hiring for a Head of Talent to lead our client's team of recruiters and sourcers to enhance and build out major recruiting functions. They currently have an almost endless list of positions their clients need filled, and they need an experienced talent acquisition professional to develop effective recruiting strategies. In this role, you will lead a team of experienced recruiters to hire talent across multiple verticals including growth & performance marketing, SEO, design, business development, customer success, and more.

This role is for you if you have:

  • High-volume recruiting experience for a variety of roles with a strong focus on marketing and business operations roles 
  • Experience managing recruitment functions 
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience with 2+ years of leadership experience over a recruiting team
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters and/or sourcers
  • Ability to build out and scale systems as well as talent functions 
  • Ownership of the whole talent experience (onboarding, offboarding, performance management)
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS and HRIS systems
  • Experience working at a start-up and strategic thinking 
  • Global recruitment experience (BPO/RPO)
