Responsibilities

Support/Lead the Execution of capital raising and other strategic advisory engagements.

Prepare/Review detailed marketing documents including pitch materials, confidential information presentations, management presentations, etc.

Create/review comprehensive financial models and related analyses.

Conduct/review company industry research

Participate in/lead the structuring, negotiation and documentation of capital raising transactions.

Directly interact with and cultivate relationships among private equity clients, key company executives and capital providers.

Qualifications:

Analyst/Associates 1-4 years of work experience on deal teams (leverage finance or investment banking favored, not required)

History of outstanding academics, strong work ethic and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.

Ability to work on multiple deals simultaneously.

Exceptional quantitative, financial analysis/modeling and written/verbal communication skills

Full command of Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to drive efficiency by leveraging technology

Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks completing efficiently and effectively.
